Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Vendrshare (“the Service”), operated by Vendrshare Ltd (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Vendrshare is a marketplace that lets wedding photographers share image galleries with the vendors who worked the event (florists, hair & make-up artists, venues, planners, etc.) and sell commercial-use marketing licences for those images.

2. Accounts & eligibility

  • You must be at least 18.
  • You must be a professional photographer or authorised representative of a studio with the legal right to license the images you upload.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secret.

3. Your content & the rights you grant

You retain copyright in every image you upload. By uploading you confirm that:

  • You hold the copyright or a sufficient licence.
  • Any model releases or third-party consents required for the marketing-use licence you offer are already in place.
  • You grant us the licence we need to host, watermark, deliver, and process your images for the purpose of running the Service.

4. Payments & fees

Payments are processed by Stripe Connect Express. When a vendor buys a credit pack:

  • Stripe is the merchant of record on the buyer’s receipt; we act as your payments agent.
  • The pack price, less Stripe’s processing fees, is paid into your connected Stripe account on Stripe’s payout schedule.

Refunds are at your discretion and are processed through Stripe.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

  • Upload content you do not have the right to license, including stolen, infringing, or AI-generated material misrepresenting your authorship.
  • Upload imagery containing identifiable persons without the consents required by applicable law.
  • Send unsolicited bulk email or otherwise misuse the vendor-invitation feature.
  • Attempt to interfere with or probe the Service.

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Outstanding payouts will be released by Stripe on its normal schedule.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. We’ll email you the changes before they take effect. If you continue using the Service after the effective date you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
